Coniston Primary School opened in September 1999, following the amalgamation of Coniston Infants and Junior School. We are proud of our children and want them to aspire to be the best they can be. Together, we aim to raise the aspiration of the children and their families and ensure that we are relentless in our pursuit of excellence.

Our vision statement captures the aspirations we have for our school:

“For our learners at Coniston we will nurture social and emotional growth, alongside academic success, whilst raising the aspirations of our learners and their families. We will champion inclusiveness and celebrate differences while recognising the importance of our local community”

This vision, and all we do in school, is underpinned by our shared values of aspiration, no excuses, unity and excellence.

We have 7 classes with children from 4-11 years old. Patchway Sure Start Children’s Centre and Coniston Early Learning Centre are also based on our school site providing a variety of opportunities and support for families with young children. For further information please see Quick Links below.
