Hadley Wood Primary is a school where individuals are valued and helped to achieve their personal best. Children are supported in becoming confident and independent young people, who thrive on challenge, and are motivated to learn.
I am extremely proud to lead a team who are committed to ensuring our children’s wellbeing is paramount, where quality teaching and learning ensures that all children make good progress to achieve high standards and provide the very best opportunities for all in our care.
Staff, supported by governors, work hard to deliver a rich and challenging curriculum; to prepare children for future education; and to help them acquire the skills and enthusiasm needed to embrace the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of later life.
On joining the school, children quickly become an integral part of the community. As a small school there is a caring, family atmosphere where all children are taught the importance of consideration and respect for other people and their beliefs. Parents and carers have a vital role in the education of their children and we actively encourage close co-operation between home and school. We value and build on the experience and knowledge which pupils bring from their home lives and we hope that you will join with us in making your child’s time at Hadley Wood both happy and successful.
