Great Harwood Primary School is a happy and thriving place, where children and adults work and flourish together in a caring atmosphere, underpinned by enthusiasm, encouragement and high expectations. We encourage success and build aspirations.  All staff have high expectations of learners, believing that everyone has something to offer and the capability of rising to a challenge.  Learning is a lifelong activity that we can all continually develop and at Great Harwood Primary School we are proud to be working with the children to build their learning powers. We believe that a partnership between parents and school is very important and invite you to be involved in your child’s education.  We look forward to working with you and developing a strong link between home and school.
